Election for Roman Nikitenko as Committer on Eclipse Theia

I'd like to nominate Roman Nikitenko to become Eclipse Theia committer.

As an Eclipse Theia contributor, Roman has done Task Plugin API [1] [2] [3] [4], which he continues to support,
and 'keybindings' contribution point for Theia Plugins [5] among his commits.
He had been responsive to feedback and making improvements to his PRs during reviews.
