Simon Graband has been involved in the Eclipse Theia project for quite a while now and has accumulated a respectable amount of good contributions to the project.

He has shown great technical proficiency by contributing larger features such as the editor tab preview and the accessibility VS Code API.

He is also very involved in the development and maintenance of the Theia Cloud tooling, that is becoming more and more popular among adopters of the Theia framework.
