Eclipse JDT LS 1.2.0

The following are the main new features a part of this release :

- Create a workaround that permits the language servers (syntax/standard) to exit even when client does not follow shutdown protocol

- Allow folding of static code blocks

- Add deprecated styling to completion items and symbol information

- Add preference to control severity of plugins not covered by Maven execution
