The following are the main new features a part of this release :
- Allow language server to declare availability sooner by postponing autobuild.
- Save operations need not run in workspace runnable when project is not unmanaged.
- Implement method hierarchy through existing type hierarchy logic.
- Update types filter according to import declarations.
- Update to LSP4J 0.20.0
