Election for Menahem Julien Raccah Lisei as Committer on Eclipse Vorto

I would like to nominate Menahem to become an Eclipse Committer for the Vorto project.
Menahem has been worked full-time on the Vorto project for several months and has contributed to the project with excellent source code contributions and ideas. Furthermore, he is actively responding to Vorto-related questions on Stackoverflow. He is committed to work on this project in the future.
