Description
The 1.16.0 Release focuses on stability and consolidation of APIs.
We added multiple new conditions to the Rule Model:
- IsProxyCondition: allows to check whether an element is a proxy
- IterateCondition: allows to iterate over list
- NotCondition: allows to negate a condition

The project leadership certifies that the APIs in this release are "Eclipse Quality".
