Patrick has been part of the Eclipse Papyrus™ team since its early beginning, and he is indeed one of the two initiators of the project.
He has addressed an impressive list of issues, with more than 320 author contributions (https://git.eclipse.org/r/q/author:+Patrick+Tessier) and more than 1800 Gerrit reviews performed.
He is also very active in supporting Papyrus users, having written around 300 topics in the forum and providing presentations and demonstrations to many users.
Since 2018, he has been coordinating the CEA development team with the steering committee and synchronizing the CEA team with other contributors.
Since 2018, he has been supervising the release procedures of Papyrus with Eclipse.
Finally, he is also leading an extension of Papyrus, Papyrus Req, dedicated to requirement engineering.
For all these reasons, I am pleased to nominate Patrick as a project co-lead on Eclipse Papyrus™.
