Eclipse Sirius 6.1.5

This is a service release, which is technically identical to version 6.1.4 (except for two very minor changes in comments and documentation). It is released only because a downstream project ended up depending on the 6.1.5 version number, and it's easier to actually publish the 6.1.5 nightly as a release than to adjust and rebuild said project.
