Description: 

ECF 3.13.0 is a minor release that contains additional/new API to in org.eclipse.ecf.remoteservice bundle to allow easier creation of OSGI distribution providers.

Architectural Issues: 

No architectural issues.

Security Issues: 

No security issues.

 

Non-Code Aspects: 

We have planned to create additional documentation (tutorials, etc) for use of theses new APIs.  Examples already exist and more are being created.

Standards: 

This release continues the support for OSGi Remote Services and Remote Service Admin specifications (OSGi Alliance Enterprise specification).   

Communities: 

The project has acquired more adopters.   We are in search of new committers, and Red Hat has agreed to contribute to ECF releng going forward.
