Election for Wytse Oortwijn as Committer on Eclipse ESCET (Supervisory Control Engineering Toolkit)

Wytse Oortwijn has been contributing to the Eclipse ESCET (Eclipse Supervisory Control Engineering Toolkit) project for some time now, and is getting increasingly involved.

I know Wytse as someone who is pleasant to work with, constructive in feedback and discussions, and who produces high quality. He also has strong expertise on formal methods, decision diagrams, reachability algorithms, supervisory controller synthesis, etc, which are key topics in our project.

For these reasons and the positive long-term outlook for Wytse's involvement in the project, it is my pleasure to nominate Wytse Oortwijn as a committer on the Eclipse Supervisory Control Engineering Toolkit (Eclipse ESCET) project.
