Initial release of the Graphene project with the following main features:
- Acumos branding has been removed and replaced by Graphene branding, especially in the portal (UI) but also in the installation
- updated and streamlined installation including kuberentes upgrades
- first time the the playground-app for pipeline execution is included
- updated tutorials and examples
