Jeff contributed with a lot of commits to the iceoryx project and is one of the main contributors.
Over the last year he has been the second most-active contributor to the iceoryx codebase. His contributions include a gateway
module to integrate with Eclipse project cyclonedds and updates to the iceoryx pub/sub API.
With DDS support increasingly becoming an important requirement for iceoryx, his knowledge of the topic and the iceoryx
codebase makes him a good candidate to be an iceoryx committer.

| Michael Poehnl | +1 | With his work on an iceoryx / cyclone DDS gateway he created synergies within the Eclipse family. That's pretty cool. Overall he is was one of the most active contributors in the last months |

| Matthias Killat | +1 | Jeff contributed valuable features (e.g. DDS support and API improvement) to the project and is active in reviews. His C++ knowledge is beyond any doubt and he is always interested in learning and incorporating new development techniques. Since this is exactly the mindset we need I wholeheartedly support his nomination. |
| Christian Eltzschig | +1 | I love working with Jeff. In pull requests he always provides constructive criticism and the code he writes is clean and state-of-the-art! |
