Election for Marika Lehmann as Committer on Eclipse iceoryx

Marika aka FerdinandSpitzschnueffler already contributes for more than 10 months to the Eclipse iceoryx project. Especially in the last 3 months, she was very active and is now in the top 10 of iceoryx contributors https://github.com/eclipse-iceoryx/iceoryx/graphs/contributors.
