Election for Jonah Graham as Project Lead on Eclipse LSP4J

Jonah has contributed support for the Debug Adapter Protocol to LSP4J [1] and has been maintaining that part with diligence. Further important contributions have addressed documentation and the build configuration [2]. He is currently on rank #3 regarding the total number of commits [3] [4].

I see Jonah as one of the most important actors in keeping this project alive, responding to GitHub issues and pull requests [5], and curating the release process [6].
