Vladimir has been a faithful steward and amongst the most active participants of the LSP4J community, both before he was a committer and ever more since he took on a committer role in 2021.
Therefore I am pleased to nominate Vladimir as a project lead for the LSP4J project. With his years of committership, plus his experience as a Project Lead on other Eclipse Foundation projects I believe LSP4J will be in good hands.
Vladimir has dozens of substantive commits in LSP4J, including overseeing a substantial amount of LSP 3.18 support in LSP4J. Vladimir also reviews and provides inputs on many PRs and issues in the project (https://github.com/eclipse-lsp4j/lsp4j/issues?q=involves%3Apisv)
