Clement Escoffier has been very active in the MicroProfile Reactive subproject, over the past month he has made 19 pull requests:

The other reason I think it would be good to have him as a committer is currently I am the only committer actively working on MicroProfile Reactive, which means all PRs and merging is effectively controlled and must be done by myself. It would be good if this responsibility and control was shared. Clement works for a different vendor (RedHat) to the vendor I work for (Lightbend), so it will also increase the vendor diversity of the subproject.
