Election for Emerson Castaneda as Committer on MicroProfile®

Emerson Castañeda deserves to become the newest MicroProfiler Committer based on his contributions that have added value to MicroProfile.   From the beginning, Emerson has chosen to volunteer in diverse activities, from marketing to releases. A few examples: Emerson's contributions to MP Spanish translations are valuable and inspiring. He has led the Translation project as a part of the OUTReach initiative  (Lowering the Bar to Entry, 1 of the seven critical pillars of MP as listed in the MPWG Charter) to a point where other MicroProfilers today contribute translations in their native languages, such Japanese, German, Russian, and +. On MP swag logistics, Emerson has been the positive leading force, bringing transparency & tracing to each swag activity throughout the years, using the open processes MP is known for. Emerson's content contributing review and publishing via MP WordPress, a task that demands good communication skills & attention to detail, is also one of his successful contributions, especially with new content contributors. Emerson is patient and able to explain things beyond what is written in the diverse MP guidelines. I remember fondly when MP used to release 3 times per year, and Emerson became one of its Release Trainees. His volunteering on 1 of the Release pilots showed that he is a constant, always eager to learn & help iterate valuable processes by trial and error.  

Emerson has projected his positive outlook on his open source contribution to MP -- MP is lucky to have Emerson as a contributor. Each time Emerson steps into this community, either participating on a recorded call, volunteering for a task on the spot, or helping with things that have processes in place, his actions show grit, a "We Can Do It".
