Election for Jeremie Bresson as Committer on MicroProfile®

Nominee

Role Type
Criteria

I would like to nominate Jeremie Bresson to be a MicroProfile committer. Jeremie has brought a huge wave of new ideas to the MicroProfile OpenAPI specification and is driving the changes for a future 2.0 branch already. He is the most active contributor at the moment, producing various PRs per week - sometimes I find hard to keep up! His contributions (https://github.com/eclipse/microprofile-open-api/graphs/contributors) are not just about quantitive, but also quality - he's improving different parts of the specs and always keeping our TCK updated with new tests.

He's already an Eclipse committer (for another project), which speaks to his dedication, and also a committer in a very related OpenAPI project (https://github.com/OpenAPITools/openapi-generator), which will be great as we try to bridge OpenAPI tools users to adopt MP OpenAPI.

Kevin Sutter +1 I met Jeremie at EclipseCon Europe and encouraged him to become a committer on the project. Arthur has nominated him and I support it. Jeremie will be an excellent addition to the OpenAPI community and MicroProfile, in general.
