Election for Matej Novotny as Committer on MicroProfile®

Matej Novotny is one of our top contributors to the MicroProfile Concurrency project. His depth and expertise in CDI has proven incredibly valuable, both in the contribution of CDI context propagation as well as the design of CDI-based configuration for the specification. He has also been very active across the specification as a whole, often coming up with improvements to design, which are typically backed up by pull requests. Matej has reviewed a lot of contributions from other members as well, always providing insightful review comments that lead to a better specification. Matej has even been writing a couple of sections of the specification document itself. He is highly knowledgable and an excellent developer to have as committer.
