Ryan, a Triber, has the professional ability to understand a rough idea and its vision and participate in the brainstorming proccess to help create a message that is efficient explaining the idea's worth via visual means. His creative work traced back to the very first MicroProfile logo when the project was announced in June 2016, same for current logo. With Ryan's skills and positive attitude, the first version of the MP website was possible, including's today site! :) Ryan doesn't shy away for openly receiving and giving proactive critical feedback. MicroProfile progress is done by healthy collaboration by many Contributors. In Open Source, welcoming and collaborative minds are core to any project. In MicroProfile, Ryan is part of the fun, his actions need to be recognized by our collective vote!

Kevin Sutter | +1 | I know first hand that Ryan has contributed a lot to the MicroProfile project. But, for future elections, the Criteria for the individual should include pointers to his contributions, or at least numbers of contributions -- to repos, to blogs, whatever. Something tangible that other voters could reference to see the type and amount of work and effort that Ryan has contributed to the community. Thanks. |
