Description
MicroProfile follows a train model for its Platform releases. Three Platform releases are planned for each year in February, June, and October. MicroProfile releases components that are ready and have been approved for inclusion will be part of the Platform release.
Note that MicroProfile Health 3.1 is the only updated specification to be included in this release.

In this release, we are also lifting the requirement that CCR's need to be certified with Java SE 8 to include any version above Java SE 8.
