Added feature to combine Excel-like combobox filters and default filters
Aligned the Excel-like filtering more with the behavior seen in MS Excel, e.g. show only entries in the comboboxes that are currently visible in the table
Introduced a new filter strategy that allows to exclude items from filtering
Added an option to persist an Excel-like filter state in a negated form, which means it is stored what was NOT selected. This way it is possible to apply the filter even on different data sets
Added an option to apply a filter if the filter combobox is itself filtered
Several bugfixes that required API changes, e.g. performance grouping fixes in combination with freeze
