The main release focus is to address feedback collected at EclipseCon Europe 2019 and before:
- plan the integration with EMF Forms, Oomph, Sirius
- provide documentation for runtime API
- publish schemas for licensing metadata
- allow Operator to prepare email with attached license
- initiate license re-check after Feature Permission expires
- improve branding for Operator product
