With this review, we are moving the code of the automated error reporting client from Code Recommenders to the Eclipse Packaging Project (EPP).

With this restructuring, we will

  • Refactor the error reporter code out of the Code Recommenders Git repository;
  • Move the refactored Git repository to /gitroot/epp;
  • Move builds to the EPP HIPP instance; and
  • Make Marcel Bruch a committer on EPP.

As namespace we propose "org.eclipse.epp.logging.aeri". AERI is an acronym for "Automated Error Reporting Initiative".
