Eclipse Scout comes with the following components

- Scout SDK: Tooling support integrated into the Eclipse IDE to build Scout applications
- Documentation: Includes installation guide, "Hello World" example, Scout demo applications, a tutorial and technical architecture documentation
Compatibility
Eclipse Scout 6.0 is not API compatible to Scout 5.0 or earlier releases.
Great care has been taken to minimize API breakage and to reduce the necessary efforts for existing projects to upgrade to the new Scout release.
