New features:
- Hierarchical Table Support was added
- New widgets: TileGrid, TagField and Accordion
- Form fields can now be included in menus
- Fields can now be added and removed after a form is started
- GroupBoxes can now be configured with a sublabel (also if used in a TabBox) and a notification
- Configuration properties can now provide a default value and a description (an AsciiDoc Exporter is available)
- SVG support was added for the image field (with icons)
