This release adds support for the latest repository versions and for Eclipse Neon. It also contains a number of performance improvements and bug fixes.
The project leadership certifies that the APIs in this release are "Eclipse Quality".
API
- No breaking API changes from 3.0
- API tooling is used to verify that binary backwards compatibility is maintained and no API regressions are introduced.
- APIs are consumed by 3rd parties who provide regular feedback
