Election for Andrew Koerner as Project Lead on Eclipse Automated Driving Open Research (ADORe)

Andrew is a committer on the project for a long time now. He's not only created the build system for ADORe ROS1 version and ROS2 version (we're working on the release in parallel), he's also taken over a great deal of Open Source interactions, tracking issues and onboarding interested users, configuring CI and github pages.
