Eclipse GMF Runtime 1.13.0

This release:

• Moves to EPL 2.0
• Moves to Java 8 is minimum BREE (GMF was alreay only tested on Eclipse versions which themselves require Java 8)
• Adds a new type of "Jump Link" called "Tunnel" which can produce more readable and less "visually" noisy diagrams.

Important note: the addition of the new Jump Link type, which are implemented as a enum in the GMF Notation metamodel, required a backward incompatible change. The NS URI for the GMF Notation metamodel has been changed to http://www.eclipse.org/gmf/runtime/1.0.3/notation (from 1.0.2 before). GMF 1.13 can load models from earlier versions, but the converse is not true.
