Eclipse StatET™: Tooling for the R language 4.9.0

This release provides several improvements, especially:

  • Add source editor for R package DESCRIPTION files
  • Improve validation of R package DESCRIPTION files

The target platform of StatET 4.9.0 is the Eclipse IDE 2023-12.
