The Deliverable for Stardust will be unchanged compared to version 1.0. See https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/soa.stardust/releases/1.0 for reference.
Stardust 4.0 will be backward-compatible regarding all interfaces such as:
- APIs
- Eclipse workspace
Stardust already is competely relying on externalized message bundles and unicode character handling throughout the product. This has been excessively tested in the code baseline on several occasions. Hence, code-wise we should be well prepared for internationalization. The Neon code baseline will contain message bundles for English and German.
Stardust release 4.0 will be compatible with eclipse platform versions Neon (4.6). Stardust is compatible to and tested on the Sun and Oracle java versions.
