Eclipse EGit: Git Integration for Eclipse 4.4.1

This release fixes the following bugs

• 496089 EGit.JGit documentation cannot be completely indexed
• 496262 Using JGit in with Java 7 may cause java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: java.util.concurrent.ConcurrentHashMap.keySet()..., same problem in EGit 4.4.0
