MicroProfile Health 3.1 release would include:
- Integration of the MicroProfile parent POM (#282)
- Adding an @Startup health check group and /health/started endpoint supporting the new Startup Kubernetes probes (#274)
- Clarify that mp.health.default.readiness.empty.response is used only before user readiness checks are processed (#283)
