Election for Liviu Ionescu as Committer on Eclipse Packaging Project

Liviu is the primary maintainer/tester of the new Embedded C/C++ Package (see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=567873). Liviu is the project lead of the embed-cdt project.

Under the EPP committer policy (https://wiki.eclipse.org/EPP/EPP_Committer_and_Maintainer_Policy) I would like to nominate Liviu to be a committer on EPP to carry out his maintenance work.
