Eclipse TEA™ (Tasking Engine Advanced) 1.2.0

This release incorporates all changes that have been incorporated over the time since 1.0.0. There have been some minor additions over the years, but in its core TEA remains as stable and reliable as it was before. All the information from the TEA book still remains mostly valid.
