This release features the addition of the IEC 60870 protocol stack to NeoSCADA. The protocol stack is based on Netty and allows IEC 60870 server and client implementations in Java. It allows for custom implementations of IEC 60870 application as well as ready-to-use driver and exporter for NeoSCADA.
NeoSCADA 0.4.0 is also using Eclipse Neon as a target platform and is based on Java 8.
