Eclipse Zenoh 0.5.0 (Aithusa)

This is the first release of zenoh as an Eclipse project and the first release of the Rust rewrite, some of you may recall that the very first zenoh was written in OCaml.

This version has massive performance improvement compared to 0.4.x versions and some new features, such as:

• new transports: QUIC, Unix Socket and zero-copy shared memory
• new plugins: DDS and web server
• new backends: file system and RocksDB backends
