Description
This is a bug fix release. Please see the New & Noteworthy page for a list of issues resolved. Some regressions from the refactoring work done in the previous release have been identified and resolved.
This release also migrates to the latest version of Graphiti (0.13) for compatibility with Mars RC4.

The project leadership certifies that the APIs in this release are "Eclipse Quality".
Non-Code Aspects
The developer tutorials on the eclipse wiki are being kept up-to-date, thanks to our community members.
Usability Details
No significant changes have been made to the UI. See the previous (1.1.0) release review for details.
End of Life
No features are planed for EOL with this release.
