Eclipse ESCET (Supervisory Control Engineering Toolkit) 0.1

First release of the Eclipse ESCET project. Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) contributed the initial contribution. There is obvious API breakage with earlier TU/e releases, e.g. due to all plug-ins and packages having been renamed to org.eclipse.escet.*. No attempts are made to ensure compatibility or to support migration.
